The Counts Team provides turnkey auction services, from inventory to closing.

As a service to the legal and banking communities, we provide auctioneers to cry trustee auctions. We also conduct charity benefit auctions. We are qualified to serve as expert witnesses in legal proceedings.


To facilitate on-site auction sales, we have a professional mobile setup, complete with an office on wheels, a 40’ by 60’ auction tent, bleachers, lighting, heaters, and a cattle sale ring. All of our public address systems are state-of-the-art and weather resistant; we have both trunk-mounted and portable systems to accommodate any type of auction.


After decades of selling timberland and working with timber buyers and sellers, we’ve teamed up with one of Virginia’s premier forest management services. This partnership can assist you in marketing or buying saw timber, mill wood or forest land.


In liquidation of homes, investment properties and rental units for estate value, nothing is faster than the auction method. Our staff attorney can assist your estate representative with legal and financial details regarding the sale of your loved ones’ tangible assets.
