It has approximately 745’ of road frontage on Wilborn Rd. and about 32’ of frontage on Cemetery Rd. There is a 1.2 acre pond along the south boundary. There are about 50 acres of crop land and 70 acres of wooded land. The balance of the property has structures.
Tract 2 – This property is located at the corner of Red Bank Rd. and Rip Rap Rd, Virgilina, VA 24598. It contains 41.9 acres that is mostly open and used for growing crops. There is a 1.5 acre pond on this tract.

A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the final high bids to determine the contract prices. Tract 1 a deposit of $30,000 in certified funds due on sale day with the balance due in 30 days. Tracts 2, 3 & 4 a deposit of $10,000.00 per tract in certified funds due on sale day with the balance due in 30 days. The high bidders will be required to sign a contract the day of the sale and pay the deposit. NOTE: By bidding at this sale, the Buyers hereby acknowledges receipt of and agrees to all these Terms and Conditions.
