Terms: A deposit of 10% will be due on the day of the auction if bidding in person and will be held by the Counts Realty & Auction Group. 

If bidding online, a deposit of $10,000.00 in the form of a wire transfer or certified funds will be due no later than Wednesday, June 3, 2026.  For wire transfers include $15.00 for incoming wire fee.  Online bidders will send their deposits to The Counts Realty & Auction Group.

Terms and Conditions

 


10% buyer's premium will be added to the final high bid to determine contract price. A deposit of 10% will be due on the day of the auction if bidding in person and will be held by the Counts Realty & Auction Group. 

If bidding online, a deposit of $10,000.00 in the form of a wire transfer or certified funds will be due no later than Wednesday, June 3, 2026.  For wire transfers include $15.00 for incoming wire fee.  Online bidders will send their deposits to The Counts Realty & Auction Group.  The high bidder will be required to increase the deposit to an amount equal to 10% of the high bid within 3 business days of the sale date.  This additional deposit will be wired directly to The Counts Realty & Auction Group. Online bidders who are not the high bidder will have their deposit returned to them promptly after the sale date. The balance of the contract purchase price will be due at closing within 30 days of the auction sale date.  If the highest bidder does not make timely payment of the balance of the deposit or refuses to execute the Auction Contract of Purchase they shall be deemed as in default and their initial deposit will be forfeited.

 By bidding on this sale, the Buyer hereby acknowledges receipt of and agrees to all these Terms and Conditions.

By making an offer at the sale, whether present in person or by agent, written offer, telephone, online or other means, the participant shall be deemed to have consented to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
