A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the final high bid to determine contract price. If bidding live on site a deposit of 10% will be due from the high bidder on day of sale with balance due in 30 days. Online bidders will need to send an initial deposit of $10,000.00 by check or wire transfer to Counts Realty & Auction Group no later than Wednesday, August 5, 2026, to be approved to bid online. The successful high bidder, if bidding online, will need to increase the deposit to equal 10% of the contract price within 3 business days of the auction sale date. This subsequent deposit must be in the form of a wire transfer or certified funds. Online bidders who are not the high bidder will have their deposit returned to them promptly after the sale date.
