Terms:
A 10% deposit due on sale day with the balance due in at closing in about 30 days for those bidding live onsite. For online bidders, a $10,000.00 deposit must be received by The Counts Realty & Auction Group by Wednesday September 9 in order to bid online. The winning online bidder will be required to increase the deposit to equal 10% of the high bid within 3 business days of the auction date. The balance will be due at closing in about 30 days.

A 5% buyer's premium will be added to the final high bid to determine contract price. If bidding live on site a deposit of 10% will be due from the high bidder on day of sale with balance due in 30 days. Online bidders will need to send an initial deposit of $10,000.00 by check or wire transfer to Counts Realty & Auction Group no later than Wednesday, September 9, 2026, to be approved to bid online. The successful high bidder, if bidding online, will be required to increase the deposit to equal 10% of the high bid within 3 business days of the auction sale date. This subsequent deposit must be in the form of a wire transfer or certified funds. Online bidders who are not the high bidder will have their deposit returned to them promptly after the sale date. The balance will be due at closing in about 30 days.
