We will be bidding by the lot, high bidders choice. Based on the tract selected, the high bid per lot will be muliplied by the number of lots in a tract. The high bidder MUST take ALL lots within a tract. The auctioneer reserves the right to group the tracts.
Electric service throughout the lots and eact lot/tract will be served by a private well and septic system.
