Beverly Pike – From Davis & Elkins College, go south on Beverly Pike (Rt. 219/250) about 3.7 miles. The property will be on the East side of the highway. Watch for the auction sign. The Google address is 2214 Beverly Pike.
PREVIEW DATES: Sunday 4/14 – 5 Lanes will be 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm and Fern Ridge will be 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The second preview date will be Wednesday 4/24 - 5 Lanes will 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm and Fern Ridge will be 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Self-guided inspection tours are welcome anytime.
